2. Scope

6. Right of withdrawal

For online purchases, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the goods. You may inspect goods as you would in a physical shop; any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted as permitted by law. We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return. Legal exceptions apply only where relevant.

7. Warranty and complaints

8. Liability

AZU is responsible to the extent required by law. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where mandatory law prohibits that.

9. Intellectual property

Website text, images, logos and other content belong to AZU or are used with permission. Use beyond what the law allows requires the rights holder's permission.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law generally applies. This does not remove mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. Disputes are heard by courts with jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
