Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Netherlands: 1–3 business days. Belgium: 2–5 business days. Other EU countries: 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates. In exceptional circumstances, such as high demand or unforeseen events, delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout.

Any promotions or free shipping above a minimum order amount are applied automatically.

Packaging

Our products are packaged carefully and discreetly to maintain quality and provide protection during transport.

Damage or missing items

Check your order immediately upon receipt.

If your parcel is damaged, incomplete or incorrectly delivered, contact us within 48 hours at info@lumebelle.nl.

We will carefully assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
