AZU is responsible for processing personal data as described in this policy.
2. What personal data do we process?
Depending on how you use our website, we may process the following information:
When placing an order: first and last name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, email address, payment details (processed through secure payment providers) and order details.
When creating an account: username, password and account details.
When contacting customer service: email or WhatsApp correspondence and any additional information you provide.
Automatically collected information (cookies): IP address, browser and device data, pages visited, clicks and browsing behaviour.
3. What do we use your data for?
We process personal data to process and ship orders; handle payments; provide customer service and communications; manage your account; improve our website and services; carry out marketing (only with your consent); and prevent fraud and misuse.
We process your data only on a valid legal basis, such as performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation or your consent.
4. Payments
Payments through iDEAL, credit card or PayPal are processed by secure payment providers. AZU does not have access to full payment card details, which are processed directly by the relevant payment institution.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure it works properly, remember your preferences, analyse website traffic and optimise marketing.
On your first visit, we ask for consent to place non-essential cookies. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.
6. Do we share your data with third parties?
We share data only when necessary, for example with payment providers, shipping and fulfilment partners, IT and hosting providers (such as Shopify), and marketing and analytics tools. We enter into data-processing agreements with parties processing data on our behalf to protect your privacy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

If personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area (for example through Shopify or cloud providers), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses.

We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected unless we are legally required to retain it longer (for example for tax obligations).

You have the right to access your personal data; have it corrected or erased; restrict processing; object to processing; receive or transfer your data (data portability); and withdraw your consent.
