Shipping at AZU
AZU prepares and ships orders with care. This page describes our current shipping arrangements.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once dispatched, you receive a confirmation and tracking code where available.
Estimated delivery times
Netherlands: 1–3 business days. Belgium: 2–5 business days. Other EU countries: 3–7 business days. These are estimates. Delivery to other destinations may vary; available shipping options are shown at checkout. Delays can occur, without affecting your statutory rights.
Shipping costs
Available delivery options and charges are shown before placing an order. Promotions, including free shipping above any qualifying minimum order value, apply when their conditions are met.
Packaging
We pack phone accessories and other products carefully to help prevent damage during shipping.
Damaged, incomplete or missing parcels
Check your order upon receipt. If anything is wrong, preferably contact info@lumebelle.nl within 48 hours so we can investigate promptly. This request does not limit statutory rights. Consumer rights in case of damage or loss during transport remain applicable.
Address details
Check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
